I love New York City, i know a good book “The Mannahatta”,  a natural history of New York City, on the  website book we can find some GIS files in ESRI format for ArcGIS Solutions, good format for the iGIS Solution, i can import data without problem on iGIS  (Original Website and Mirror Data here ), i found the projection system UTM Zone18N,  EPSG 26718 NAD27 or EPSG.i display something at the good place i think the projection is good but iGIS crash for display informations….
