This EFIS program it s available on the AppStore but it s only the base Version it s a simulator if you want use in Full Mode put 249 USD more and you pay near of 10 CAD for the basis version. Total the price it s 259 USD. for have a real PFD Backup display. i don t know like the main PFD send the data to the iphone perhaps by WiFi, i don t know when the manual it s available more informations perhaps i hope …

At 1h10 East Time (Zulu-5), i read the beta version manual, and the Smart EFIS cannot connect to the main EFIS only display informations from his Accelerometer “ST Micro LIS331 DL Accelerometer” Built-In Informations and his GPS Unit “Hammerhead™ II – PMB 2525″ built-In Informations after SmartEFIS process the informations from these sensors for display the on the PFD the Flight parameters, i think this program it s very good for education use and Emergency case … This program is not an FAA Certified or Canada Transport Certified if your main PFD crash and you have no other solution ;-(

This program is compliant with SAE Aerospace and DO-178 specifications…
